The following is the 2009 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship Media Agreement and Application information. There are several policy changes to the 2009 credentialing process, so please review the application and agreement thoroughly.

| SEASON AND SINGLE EVENT GUIDELINES & APPLICATION |
Both season and single event-credential applications are available and the Media Agreement must be read and agreed to for both. If applying for multiple credentials from a single company or publication, each individuals must complete an application, whether for a single event or the entire season.

PLEASE NOTE: *With approval for a season media credential, applicant must complete in its entirety the 2009 Pro Motocross Credential Application which includes submitting a passport-size photo and notarizing the Annual AMA Pro Racing Liability Release. Credential application must be received by MX Sports Pro Racing in Morgantown, WV no later than three weeks prior to the event needed.
| ACCESS LEVELS FOR PRESS & PHOTO CREDENTIALS |
- PRESS credentials provide access to the Thor Media Center, paddock, and general spectator areas only and do not provide infield access.
- PHOTO credentials provide access to the infield for still photography only, the Thor Media Center, paddock, and general spectator access. All photographers issued a PHOTO credential with infield access will be required to wear an official Photo Vest and must keep a safe distance from the race course or act as instructed by track officials.
