To: MX Media Credential Applicants
Thank you for your upcoming participation in the 2010 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship. We hope the information on this page fully explains the MX Media Credential application process.
There are two kinds of media credentials: (1) Season Media Credential and (2) Event Media Credential. A season credential requires submittal of a photo and notarized annual liability waiver and release. The required release is enclosed in the package. An event credential does not.
In addition, there are two levels of media access: (1) PRESS Pass and (2) PHOTO Pass. A Press Pass is issued to journalists and editorial staff and does not provide for infield track access. A Photo Pass is strictly issued to photographers and those with express permission to video. All such photographers are required to wear a Photo Vest approved or issued by MX Sports.
Please submit your application pursuant to the checklist included in the package to avoid processing delays. We will notify you by email upon approval. Credentials can be picked up from Rider Services at any 2010 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross event.
